Who We Are
Since 2000, Jack Kehoe has counseled his own and AMG clients on communications issues associated with corporate strategy implementation and matters affecting capital market valuations – M&A proxy driven and restructuring financial transactions, public and private debt and equity offerings, management change, and issues requiring crisis management.
Jack spent 10 years on Wall Street in syndicate, research, investment policy, banking, and portfolio management roles as a partner of a member firm and an Allied Member of the New York Stock Exchange. A pioneer in investor relations, he co-founded Kehoe, White, Savage & Company, and chaired that IR firm for 30 years.
After service in the US Marine Corps, Jack received undergraduate and graduate degrees with honors from Fordham University and Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He served as a Trustee of the Securities Industry Association NY Economic Education Foundation. He is a Trustee of Fordham University and acts as co-chair of its Capital Campaigns. He was a founding member of the National Investor Relations Institute.
